Q1. How to order?
A: Buyer's Order Process as follow:
Step 1: Contact us and tell us your requirements;
Step 2: Communicate and negotiate the follow contents: Price, Style, Color, Size, Quantity and so on;
Step 3: Confirm the offer;
Step 4: Pay to us via TT, Western Union, or other ways
Step 5: Arrange the production;
Step 6: DHL ,Fedex, EMS to arrange delivery or by air or by ocean;
 
Q2. What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 10pcs per item per color & size for basic dancewear like leotards, skirts, tops, shorts and dress ect., but just 1pc per size per color for performance tutus;
 
Q3. I really like the items but just wonder whether there is any discount available?
A: Yes, we can supply better prices when the quantities reach certain numbers. The bigger qty, the lower price. Just sent an inquiry to me with the detailed requirements (like style, required color & size & qty).
 
Q4. How does you ship?
A: Normally by DHL, Fedex, EMS, TNT ect. for quick air shipping and by sea for big orders.
 
Q5. How long is the delivery time?
A: 3-4weeks in peak seasons; 2-3weeks in peak-off seasons; but it also depends on the actual situation for earlier or later.
 
Q6. Can you help print our logo?
A: Yes, customers’ logo/hag tag/washing label is supported for OEM service when the order quantities are more than 200pcs.

7Q. I am at the beginning of my new business, do you accept small orders?
 A: Yes, we can do small orders and can accept samples' orders.
 
8Q. Can you make styles I send to you?
A: Yes, we are able to make styles you like and it's better to send us samples for checking.
 
9Q. How much is the postage?
A: The shipping cost depends on what and how many your order, and what the weight and dimensions of your order are. We will do best to find the most economic delivery way for you.
